We were blown away by the high level of service and satisfaction that we received from Closet Envy. The whole process was seamless. During the first 1 hour consultation measurements were taken, designs discussed and then turned into a computerized 3D design complete with modifications and a quote right in our kitchen in real time. We were notified by email when our installation would take place with photos of who would be coming and the whole installation procedure came off without a hitch. The cherry on top was a quality check email and a thank you card. Closet Envy is a class act from beginning to end. We were 100% satisfied, would hire them again and highly recommend them.

Study closet went from a cramed, disorganized mess to a closet organized with shelving and drawers. Now we have too much space! Melissa listened to our thoughts and offered options to improve the plan and keep costs down. Our installer did a great, meticulous job, leaving the space clean & ready to use. Working with David, my designer was very informative. He made the whole process so easy to follow and very flexible with designs that fit my needs. He was very personable and knowledgeable. The installers were awesome. Unfortunately I did not get their names but the were extremely efficient. They took away any cardboard and trash and vacuumed the area before they left. I love both my closets, highly recommend dealing with them 😊

The benefit of having a design partner is invaluable (thanks David!) and then having such an efficient installation team is a huge win.
