We needed more closet space or at least to make better use of the closet space we had available in the house we are moving into! Simple need that Closet Envy helped us find the solution to and we are very pleased with the results.Four "basic" closets became much more with the ideas and suggestions the designer Melissa provided and helped us choose from to best meet the need. She identified needs we had not thought of and suggested features we had not considered to address the needs.From her visit and preliminary work we were given working drawings to review and confirm the design was what we wanted. What we liked - the solution responded to our real needs, would (and was) delivered on time at a reasonable cost and the units are great quality. The installation experience was great - Shawn estimated 3 hours to do the work and more than met our expectations of what the installation experience would be. These guys are absolutely terrific. From the time of quote to full install, they were attentive, responsive and professional. I worked with David who came to my home, measured, designed and priced. David was great to work with. Set up a video chat to review the design options and pricing and answered all our questions. Everything went seamlessly from booking the job through email notifications as to install date confirmation. Installers showed up on time, were clean and did a great job. I cannot thank Closet Envy enough. We had an amazing experience working with Chilise and team to bring our master closets back to life. What an amazing experience! From the minute I contacted Trish- she booked a designer appt for me. Designer- Melissa- was sensational!! She was fun and smart and listened to understand our needs. She is a big reason we chose Closet Envy. Within a week, we had a quote with 3D drawings from all angels so we could clearly see what she was recommending. She was so efficient and caring, that we added 2 more closets for design and she promptly created the ides for those while we were on a video call with her. Everyone on this team was responsive and professional. The date was booked for construction - we received clear and concise details on how to prep. The team showed up on time and was in and out of our home (fully masked) within 4 hours. Clean, quality, beautiful work! Bravo. I had consulted with 2 other closet design companies and neither came close to the service, the care and the quality of this team!

During a time of uncertainty with Covid the customer service was amazing with constant communication and the flexibility to change the instal date to work with our calendar. We recently did a master bedroom and bath renovation and decided to upgrade our closet from the original upper shelf and clothing rack to a custom one. We also like to shop locally within our community and had noticed the Closet Envy truck parked in a neighbour’s driveway. Their rep came to our house, walked us through the process, took measurements and made notes of our individual needs. The closet design options were presented to us within 48 hours. With a design in mind, we visited the Closet Envy showroom where we choose from their many custom design displays. It was great to see them in person so we could further customize our closet project. We booked our install for a few months later with the renovation in mind. Our installation went very well and within a few hours, we had our beautiful new closet. A special note to say, between the time we signed on and the installation, COVID19 was in full swing. Closet Envy kept in touch with us and everything was on time and installed with all the necessary precautions. I did a google search and found CLOSET ENVY and I am glad I did. From my first reach out phone call TRISH was outstanding; explaining to me what was needed and scheduled MELISSA to come out TO MY PLACE and give me a quote. I thought it would take awhile but she got me my quote with design drawings ON THE SPOT!!! I was impressed. Scheduled the installation for about a week later. The more work you do prepping helps the installation team so basically my advice is, do as they say to get ready and you will get the most out of the installation. I expected the new closet systems to be an improvement over the ones we had but I cannot believe what an incredible difference they make. Both his and her closets are absolutely stunning, look so much roomier and are so much more organized. I think my closet is now my favourite room in the condo! I absolutely love the gold rails and the built in laundry hampers. Even the gold hooks are impressive quality. I am so pleased with the layout decisions we made with David's expert guidance. The installation was very professional and efficient. I highly recommend Closet Envy to add organization, beauty and value to a home!

I had got quotes from a couple local companies in my area but Closet Envy designed a closet for my awkward space that was amazing! The designer was really helpful and always got back to me right away to answer my questions. I had no idea about what to expect in regards to cost, as I've never done this before. It was a bit more than I expected but my closet is AMAZING!!!!!!! The installation blew me away. The closet looks incredible. It's the nicest room in my house now, which is why I've asked them back to design my mudroom. I honestly couldn't be happier!!! Well worth the money!
