Closet Envy

We recently had 4 closet organizers installed by Closet Envy, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. They took time to understand our needs and executed everything flawlessly. We would highly recommend them.

LOVE our new closet!! It was so worth the investment, and we were able to fit everything in (with room to spare!), so we won't be needing to replace our dressers. The closet system and design allowed us to use every square foot in a way thats both functional and esthetically pleasing. I definitely recommend Closet Envy to anyone who's looking for a cloest upgrade!

Highly recommended. Our closet in the principal bedroom collapsed just before the Christmas holidays. It was originally made of wired shelving which was not supported well. Upon requesting an initial quote with Closet Envy (Waterdown location), they phoned the very next day to arrange for Melissa, their closet designer to visit. She assessed our needs, took measurements of the closet, and came up with a visual of what the closet would look like to maximize space. She also shared the quote - all within the same visit. The quote was sent for review and written approval, and they quickly made arrangements for installation right after the New Year. The price was very reasonable for a custom design. The service technician re-measured, cut the shelving outside and installed the closet within a few hours. The closet was not a perfect rectangle so he adjusted the measurements accordingly. He took off his shoes in the house, and cleaned up after. The shelves are sturdy, have metal holders and are well built. Overall, we are happy with the product and service and would highly recommend Closet Envy.

From planning to execution, Closet Envy was a pleasure to work with. David (our designer) was able to quickly produce a design that maximized our storage in the main bedroom as well as the second bedroom (walk-in closet). We live in an older house and he had to design around quirky HVAC placement and rooflines. We have so much more usable space now!

The installation was also quick and super clean. The team arrived when they said they would. The install was minimally disruptive and the closets were ready to move into when they were done. Again, super impressed with the install because our older house doesn’t just have basic new build drywall.

I chose Closet Envy to design and install my walk in closet. I was very pleased with both the design they did but also the installation and the final product. I was impressed with their professionalism, creativeness and customer service.

I am totally happy with my closet. It’s perfect. My sales rep David was very helpful. My installer believe his name was AIDEN. if I’m wrong I apologize. He was great and very clean. He was alone. I felt bad that being in a Condo he had to go down the elevator and out to the truck all the time to get the closet and everything for the assembly. Lovely people, so clean! Other than the most beautiful, totally perfect closet they left behind, you would never know they had been there! I wish I could give them 10 stars out of 5! They take pride in their work and it really shows in every aspect of this company!
