Great experience from start to finish. The design was done at the consulting appointment at my house. Chilise listened to my needs and advised me on my wants. We were blown away by the high level of service and satisfaction that we received from Closet Envy. The whole process was seamless. During the first 1 hour consultation measurements were taken, designs discussed and then turned into a computerized 3D design complete with modifications and a quote right in our kitchen in real time. We were notified by email when our installation would take place with photos of who would be coming and the whole installation procedure came off without a hitch. The cherry on top was a quality check email and a thank you card. Closet Envy is a class act from beginning to end. We were 100% satisfied, would hire them again and highly recommend them.
