This is our third house using Closet Envy - 6 closets in total. David McKim, our designer, found the perfect solution maximize space and organization. His ability to design and present in real time is extremely helpful and allows for an educated decision. Their install team were equally as impressive. Very quick install and no mess left behind. We are already planning our next closet!

I had a fantastic experience with Closet Envy from start to finish. I took quite a bit of time to decide on exactly what I wanted and requested multiple revisions along the way. My designer, David, was incredibly patient, accommodating, and friendly throughout the entire process. He really listened to my ideas and came to each appointment with great suggestions that helped bring my vision to life.

Closet Envy’s design software was a game-changer—it’s far better than anything I saw from other companies. It allows for live updates and gives a clear, realistic rendering of the final design, which was incredibly helpful for someone like me who struggles to visualize spaces.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Closet Envy for the 3rd time. We worked with Chilise to design our new pantry system, and a small closet organizer. Chilise helped us design spaces that were both practical and had a great design/flow. As always, she took the time to really understand how we currently use the space, as well as how we wanted to use the space going forward. She was responsive, supported us through some changes we requested, and honest about the best ways to maximize our investment. The installation process was prompt, professional and quick. Shawn ensured the spaces were clean before he left, and he helped explain maintenance, etc.

We're looking forward to working with this team again on other projects.

I'm not new to closet organizing companies, having used many in the past. I was never 100% happy and given the prices, wondered if the third time would be the charm? I also wanted to support local with my new home and so was introduced to Closet Envy. I read all the reviews and decided to give them a shot with a couple closets.

This was tough for me as my home was in process of being built so had to wait to be able to get in to measure but no first hand experience living in the space. FYI the space is a quarter of my previous home so serious concerns around organizing and maximizing space! We also had a distance issue so the entire process took place virtually.

All that to say I was super nervous. Chilise listened to everything I wanted to accomplish. Then her team came onsite and took measurements (while under construction) and she sent over her designs. We worked together to refine them and a few times she talked me out of making a bad decision (this is what we pay experts for! Save us from ourselves).

The end result was fantastic! Exactly what I didnt know I needed. And the installers were amazing, super conscious of my new home, carefully transporting materials, and cleaning up behind themselves. I couldnt be happier.

Look forward to working with them in future on the rest of them plus they also do garages!

From the design to installation, we couldn't be happier. Chilise was amazing and worked over numerous changes to our closet before we finally made up our minds. (LOL) Greg came and installed it alone. It took him all day and he did an amazing job. I am so in love with our walk in, we are getting Chilise to design our pantry and mudroom closets. 😍 Reasonably priced and amazing customer service. Definitely recommend!

The installers did a great job installing 2 closets and pantry . They were very professional, quick, no mess left and informative after the installation.
Mellisa was also very helpful and designed the closets to my needs .
