Closet Envy is an amazing company, true to their work and interested in customer service. Initial consultation, quote and installation date were efficient and very quick. Reminders about installation appreciated. For a small walk in closet, they created an unbelievable amount of storage space. So much in fact, I have empty space. Installer was incredibly fast and explained several additional items provided. Greg was tidy, removed all packaging and it was very evident that he has had many years experience. This was my second opportunity to work with Closet Envy and I highly recommend their work!!

We recently had our closet renovated by Closet Envy and are delighted with the results. We selected this company from amongst all the others because they were a Canadian company and we wanted to support local. We met with the store designer David, who was very accommodating, personable and professional. He made himself available to us at our convenience, and our first meeting with him decided us. David took measurements and had a design for us within a few days. We eventually settled on what we wanted after looking at their showroom and the materials they had. On the day of installation, everything went smoothly and our closet was finished by the end of the day. We were very satisfied with the look and finish of everything. The installer was professional, worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. We were satisfied with the entire process from start to finish and highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have a closet redone.

We recently had three sets of custom built-ins installed in our new condo by Closet Envy, and we could not be more pleased with the result. From start to finish, our experience with the company was excellent.

The sales consultant worked extensively with us to develop a design that exactly met our needs, offering thoughtful suggestions while carefully listening to what we wanted. One aspect we found particularly impressive was the professionalism of the scheduling process—firm installation dates were set at the time we signed the purchase order, and the installer arrived precisely on the agreed date and time, which is increasingly rare and very much appreciated.

The office staff were consistently friendly, responsive, and cooperative throughout the process. The installer deserves special mention—he was professional, meticulous, and clearly took great pride in his work. The quality of construction is truly top-notch, with excellent fit and finish throughout.

We are delighted with both the design and craftsmanship of the built-ins and would not hesitate to recommend Closet Envy to anyone looking for high-quality custom cabinetry and outstanding customer service.
