We recently had three sets of custom built-ins installed in our new condo by Closet Envy, and we could not be more pleased with the result. From start to finish, our experience with the company was excellent.

The sales consultant worked extensively with us to develop a design that exactly met our needs, offering thoughtful suggestions while carefully listening to what we wanted. One aspect we found particularly impressive was the professionalism of the scheduling process—firm installation dates were set at the time we signed the purchase order, and the installer arrived precisely on the agreed date and time, which is increasingly rare and very much appreciated.

The office staff were consistently friendly, responsive, and cooperative throughout the process. The installer deserves special mention—he was professional, meticulous, and clearly took great pride in his work. The quality of construction is truly top-notch, with excellent fit and finish throughout.

We are delighted with both the design and craftsmanship of the built-ins and would not hesitate to recommend Closet Envy to anyone looking for high-quality custom cabinetry and outstanding customer service.

From start to finish, David, the Designer, Trish for scheduling and Brandon the installer. Very professional, punctual and a pleasure to deal with this business. A beautiful change to our closet space.

2nd time around, David the Designer and James the installer. This time David suggested we co-ordinate the paint color, what a great idea. James was excellent, professional and a pleasure to have install our closets....great job !!

We are so so pleased with our master bedroom closet and the entire experience with Closet Envy. We had been discussing renovating our closet for years, and finally decided to look up some places and start the process. Closet Envy had excellent reviews so we went with them and we are happy to say the reviews were accurate and here is ours:

From the initial inquiry to the completed project, our experience was amazing. Karla reached out to us initially after we sent in an inquiry and was so kind and explained how the process worked. Chilise, the designer came over soon after to look at the space, measure and to determine what our needs were. We had a lot of ideas, and were unsure of how to best make it work, but Chilise ensured us that she could figure it out and she did! She was so patient with us when we wanted to switch things up, change elements, and worked with us to stay within our budget. Chilise was awesome to work with and made our dream closet come to life! Turn around time from when we confirmed the design to the install was very quick too. We borrowed clothing racks to use in between removing the old closet and the install and those were so helpful to have. The instructions on how to prepare for the install and when to expect the install team were very clear. James and Greg completed the closet within one day and were so professional. Afterwards, we noticed some minor imperfections, which were resolved extremely quickly and without issue. We cannot thank the entire Closet Envy team enough! The space is beautiful and we absolutely love it. We are already thinking of which closet to do next with you guys. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things. Closet Envy delivered an excellent experience from start to finish. The design was brilliant. Their installers were extremely efficient, professional, and respectful of my home. It's refreshing to see a team who clean after themselves when they are done.

The final result looks fantastic, and the quality of the custom closet is exactly what I was hoping for. Communication was smooth throughout the process, and everything was completed as promised.
