We recently had three sets of custom built-ins installed in our new condo by Closet Envy, and we could not be more pleased with the result. From start to finish, our experience with the company was excellent.

The sales consultant worked extensively with us to develop a design that exactly met our needs, offering thoughtful suggestions while carefully listening to what we wanted. One aspect we found particularly impressive was the professionalism of the scheduling process—firm installation dates were set at the time we signed the purchase order, and the installer arrived precisely on the agreed date and time, which is increasingly rare and very much appreciated.

The office staff were consistently friendly, responsive, and cooperative throughout the process. The installer deserves special mention—he was professional, meticulous, and clearly took great pride in his work.
