Project Manager
Karla first came to Closet Envy as part of our amazing installation team. We (and her) all noticed her ability to connect with customer, and she eventually found her niche working as the glue between the Design and Operations teams in a Project Manager role.
Years working in Education equipped her with a meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational and effective communication skills that clients, and us, all depend on. She holds a certificate in enhanced general carpentry that gives her a solid grasp on the technical elements of projects, building construction, and having had hands-on experience in the field, enables her to identify potential challenges and implement proactive solutions.
In addition to ensuring jobs run smoothly from the first phone call to a happy customer at install time, she’s also known to wear many hats around the office. The short list includes; scheduling of jobs and coordinating supplier shipments, client support, business development activities and ongoing streamlining our computer system to let us be more efficient when working with customers. Her commitment to client satisfaction, and being the best at everything she does is one of the reasons Closet Envy is the leading custom closet and storage company in Southern Ontario. She loves work! But outside of Closet Envy you can find her living by the beach in Niagara, hiking the escarpment, working on DIY & craft projects with her family or under a pile of books, she definitely, most certainly is going to read all of before she buys more!
